All the staff I encountered were super friendly and kind. The facilities and private room were perfect and everything I needed for the day. In theatre I felt I was in good hands and when I woke up I felt reassured by the nurse who was looking after me very attentively. Lyle, my nurse for the day, was kind, patient and detail oriented. She answered all my questions and nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you

Cleveland Clinic offers a very professional service in a superb building. The whole clinic was impeccably clean and bright. My husband and I both came for heart checkups and felt in very good hands with Dr Byrne and his excellent team. Dr Byrne is an excellent consultant and we always feel in very good hands with him. Our whole experience of scans, blood tests and consultations ran like clockwork.

It could have been very good if there was decent food offered. I asked to be discharged earlier as I hadn’t have any food for 24 hours and return to food that I had ordered twice at the hospital. I know that I was in a hospital and didn’t expect gourmet food and I am not fussy when it comes to food when I am hungry. But the the food was just not eatable and in stark contrast with the overall quality of the facility and the staff
